PLANNING YOUR VISIT

Hours

*Please Note* The Dahl Arts Center will be closed the week of January 4-January 8 for annual maintenance. We will return to normal business hours on Monday, January 11th. 


Dahl Arts Center galleries, gift shop and box office are open: 
Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm*
Saturdays - 11am - 4pm

HOLIDAY 2020 HOURS:
CLOSED | Friday, January 1

The Dahl Arts Center will also be CLOSED the week of January 4 - January 8th for annual cleaning and maintenance. We will return with regularly scheduled hours on Monday, January 11th. 

We kindly ask that all visitors wear masks.

*PLEASE NOTE: The safety of our staff, patrons, and community are our upmost priority, so we will be reassessing and continuing to change hours in accordance with city guidelines.

The Dahl Arts Center will also be closed during the following holidays: New Year's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Directions

The Dahl Arts Center is easy to find! We are located in downtown Rapid City, on the corner of 7th and Kansas City Streets, across from the Public Library.
​

Bus / RV Parking

While we have no designated bus or RV parking, there is parking available for buses/RVs in our 'drop-off zone', outside the main entrance to the Dahl on 7th Street: 2 hour maximum and flashers are required. Please call our front desk with any questions at 605.394.4101

Photography Policy
Still photography is permitted for personal, noncommercial use with a hand-held camera/mobile device. Sharing on social media is encouraged! Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited. The use of flashes, tripods, monopods (selfie sticks) or video cameras is prohibited unless permission is obtained from the Curator.

Animal Policy
Animals are not permitted in the galleries, with the exception of service dogs.
