DAHL-IN-THE-CLASSROOM
We send art teachers (amazing staff and volunteers) into the schools to teach a lesson based on exhibits at the Dahl and direct a hands-on art experience taught to state standards. Kids learn about art, learn about exhibits at the Dahl and teachers get a hand with how to teach art in a significant way to their students. How To SchedulePlease book two weeks prior to requested date.

Coming this spring!
In the month of April
Our amazing staff and passionate volunteers will bring images of our Moments exhibit featuring the works of Joan Sowada, Jerry Green, Will Bellucci and Rachel Scheffel to your classroom. In addition to learning about the artwork in the gallery at the Dahl Arts Center, we will learn a little bit about the Kuna culture from the San Blas Islands. The hands-on art project will take inspiration from the Molas made by the Kuna women and tie back to Joan Sowada's art quilts hanging in the galleries. Students will be inspired to create by our passionate staff and volunteers as well as the vibrant images.
