creativity and innovation that they will need to thrive?
How can the Cultural Plan help strengthen Native American artists and cultural organizations, and enhance public understanding, appreciation, and respect for all cultures?
Cultural Tourism and Local Audience Development
What are the most effective strategies to make Rapid City’s arts, heritage and cultural
attractions visible and accessible to tourists and local audiences?
Nonprofit Organization Sustainability
What should be the priorities to ensure that Rapid City cultural organizations
are sustained with adequate funding and support?
Creative Economic Development
What are the best ways to enable Rapid City’s creative sector (creative businesses,
nonprofit cultural organizations, artists and other creative workers) to create even
more economic opportunities and jobs?
Cultural Sector Coordination
How can we best coordinate to implement the priorities of the Cultural Plan?
What functions are done by individual organizations and what is done collectively?
