CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a dynamic part-time Customer Service Specialist for the main desk and events at the Dahl Arts Center. 

Requires excellent customer service skills and attitude. Successful applicants will have enthusiasm, flexibility, an outgoing personality, and be happy interacting with the public in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Must be able to work nights and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12 months Customer Service, drivers license, high school diploma or GED
  • Experience with cash registers, multiline phones, databases, internet-based tools

DUTIES

  • Include answering main phone number and routing calls; selling tickets, memberships and artwork; helping troubleshoot customer issues or needs; meeting setup and teardown (requires some lifting). Light clerical, data entry, update and maintain files. Accept, give and route deliveries and messages. Other duties as assigned. 

SCHEDULE

  • Work schedule will vary week to week with special events, 12-25 hours per week
  • Permanent, part-time position
